When 100 be May Close an Account

• For violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent activity or unauthorized methods.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Where closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances may be forfeited. Where closure results from prohibited activity, 100 be reserves the right to withhold the entire balance.
